None for standard sizes — you can order a single wheel to qualify a supplier. Special shapes and profiles are quoted per part, with tooling and machining quoted transparently in the quotation sheet.

Standard electrode wheels ship in 10–14 days; custom profiles take 20–25 days (tooling + machining). Paid samples ship in ≤ 10 days. Western distributors typically quote 4–12 weeks for the same products.

Samples are paid: $80–150 per piece depending on size, freight collect. Sample fees are fully credited against your first order of $1,000 or more — so qualifying us costs nothing if you buy.

W/Cu 75/25 is the workhorse: best arc-erosion life, ~34% IACS conductivity. W/Cu 70/30 conducts ~42% IACS — better for heavy-current weld schedules on coated or high-resistivity steels, at some cost in wear life. Many production lines stock both.

Values on the product pages are typical for the grade: 75/25 ≈ 15.2 g/cm³ density, ~195 HB, ~34% IACS; 70/30 ≈ 14.5 g/cm³, ~175 HB, ~42% IACS. Per-batch composition, density and hardness reports are provided on request, and ASTM B702 third-party testing is available (~2 weeks).

Tungsten is a commodity, so quotes are held for 7 days and pricing follows the market. Volume breaks apply from 20 kg, and long-running programs can lock pricing for 30 days.
